• Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. If you choose to terminate before the completion of the agreed work, any outstanding payments for services rendered will still be due.
• We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if you breach the terms outlined, including non-payment or unethical behavior.

Limitation of Liability

• Algominds Digital will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific services that caused the issue.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold Algominds Digital harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your use of our services, including the content you provide or promote.

Amendments
