Refund Policy

At Algominds Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, web development, SEO, advertising, content creation, and related digital services. Customer satisfaction is important to us; however, due to the nature of digital services and the resources involved in project execution, the following Refund Policy applies.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Refund Requests Within 7 Days

Clients may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that:

• The project has not substantially commenced.
• No major deliverables have been completed and delivered.
• No third-party expenses have been incurred on behalf of the client, including advertising spend, software licenses, domain registrations, hosting, premium tools, or content purchases.

Approved refunds will be processed after applicable deductions as outlined in Section 4.

1.2 Refund Requests After 7 Days

Refund requests made after 7 days from the payment date will generally not be eligible for a refund.

For prepaid service packages, retainers, or hourly service plans:

• Any utilized hours, completed tasks, consultations, strategy sessions, or delivered work will be considered consumed.
• Unused service credits or hours may, at the sole discretion of Algominds Digital, be retained and utilized for other eligible services offered by the company.
• Such credits must be used within the validity period communicated at the time of purchase.

1.3 Client Non-Responsiveness

If a project is delayed due to the client's failure to provide required information, approvals, feedback, or materials:

• Algominds Digital will make reasonable attempts to contact the client.
• If the client remains unresponsive for 30 consecutive days, the project may be placed on hold.
• Refund requests arising from such delays will not be eligible for approval.
• If a refund request is under review and the client fails to respond to our communication within 7 days, the refund request may be considered closed and void.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Services that have been fully delivered or substantially completed.
• SEO services, digital marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, consultation services, strategy development, and advertising management once work has commenced.
• Website development, design, or software development projects after project milestones have been completed.
• Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other third-party platforms.
• Domain registrations, hosting services, SSL certificates, software licenses, plugins, themes, APIs, or third-party subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client.
• Delays caused by the client's failure to provide content, approvals, access credentials, or feedback.
• Dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm updates, platform policy changes, market conditions, or competitor activities.
• Breach of contract, misuse of services, abusive conduct, or violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Project Cancellation

3.1 By the Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has commenced:

• Payment for completed work, allocated resources, consultations, and project management efforts will be retained by Algominds Digital.
• Any remaining refundable amount, if applicable, will be determined after assessing the completed work and incurred expenses.

3.2 By Algominds Digital

Algominds Digital reserves the right to terminate a project or service agreement if:

• The client violates contractual terms.
• The client engages in abusive, unethical, or illegal activities.
• Required cooperation is not provided despite repeated requests.

In such cases, refunds may be denied or adjusted based on work completed and expenses incurred.

4. Payment Gateway and Processing Fee Deductions

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting:

• Payment gateway charges
• Transaction processing fees
• Bank transfer fees
• Currency conversion charges (if applicable)
• Taxes or government-imposed charges that are non-refundable

These deductions are non-refundable because they are charged by third-party payment providers and financial institutions.

5. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While Algominds Digital strives to achieve the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings
• Lead volumes
• Sales figures
• Revenue growth
• Advertising performance metrics
• Social media growth targets

Refunds will not be issued solely because expected business results were not achieved.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must contact us with:

• Full Name
• Company Name (if applicable)
• Invoice or Payment Reference Number
• Date of Purchase
• Detailed Reason for the Refund Request
• Supporting Documentation (if applicable)

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Algominds Digital may, at its sole discretion, provide a full or partial refund in exceptional situations not specifically covered under this policy. Each case will be evaluated individually.

8. Changes to This Policy

Algominds Digital reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any service provided by Algominds Digital, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
