- If the project has not been initiated within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- If the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or deliverables.
- If there is a failure to deliver the promised scope of work, despite multiple revisions.
- In cases where double payment has been made due to a technical error.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- If the client has approved and received the final deliverables.
- If the delay in project completion is due to client-side inactivity, lack of response, or failure to provide necessary materials.
- For services such as SEO, paid advertisements, and social media marketing, where results are dependent on external factors.
- If the client has used or benefited from a significant portion of the service.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to algomindstech@gmail.com with a valid reason.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 7-14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel ongoing projects, but partial refunds will be provided based on work completed.
- Prepaid services (such as monthly retainers) can be canceled, but refunds will be subject to a deduction based on services already rendered.
