Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and professional Customer Care Executive (Tele-Caller) to manage customer calls and ensure smooth communication between customers and the support team.
This is a communication-focused role where you will listen to customer concerns carefully, collect accurate information, and forward complaints/issues to the concerned department. No problem-solving or sales target involved.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
✔ Handle outgoing customer calls
✔ Listen carefully to customers and collect the correct information
✔ Communicate politely and professionally
✔ Note customer complaints/issues and forward tickets only (No solving required)
✔ Update call details in the system
✔ Maintain proper customer communication records
✔ Ensure a positive and professional customer experience on every call
Requirements
- Good communication skills
