Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on AI Content Designer & Video Editor to build and scale the digital presence for brands. This is an execution-first role — you will use AI content generation platforms to create raw video and visual content, then refine and polish that output using professional video editing tools to produce premium, brand-ready assets.
You will work independently without dependence on traditional studios or production crews, transforming briefs and minimal inputs into consistent, high-quality digital content across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Powered Content Generation
- ✔ Use AI video and image generation platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kling, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Google Labs, or similar) to create raw visual and video content
- ✔ Develop concepts, scripts, and creative briefs using AI writing assistance
- ✔ Prompt-engineer effectively to produce on-brand, high-quality AI outputs
- ✔ Stay updated on emerging AI tools and integrate the best ones into your workflow
2. Video Editing & Content Polishing
- ✔ Import AI-generated content into editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- ✔ Edit, trim, color-grade, and enhance AI-generated clips into polished, platform-ready videos
- ✔ Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound design, and brand elements
- ✔ Correct visual inconsistencies, artifacts, or quality issues in AI-generated outputs
3. Brand-Consistent Content Design
- ✔ Ensure all outputs align with a premium, modern brand identity and visual language
- ✔ Maintain consistency across tone, typography, color palette, and messaging
- ✔ Adapt content formats for different platforms — Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, website, and more
4. Content Pipeline & Delivery
- ✔ Maintain a consistent output of short-form content (Reels, Shorts, product demos)
- ✔ Deliver content on time as per the content calendar
- ✔ Self-manage your workflow from brief to final delivery with minimal supervision
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- ✔ 1–3 years of experience in video editing, digital content creation, or a related role
- ✔ Demonstrable hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation
Mandatory Skills
- ✔ Proficiency in at least one professional video editing tool: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- ✔ Hands-on experience with AI content generation platforms for video or image creation
- ✔ Ability to identify and fix quality issues in AI-generated content
- ✔ Strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand sensibility
- ✔ Self-driven with high ownership and ability to work independently
Preferred / Good to Have
- ✔ Familiarity with social media content formats — Reels, Shorts, Stories, YouTube
- ✔ Basic understanding of platform algorithms and what drives content performance
What This Role Is Not
- ✔ Not a traditional photography or on-ground videography role — no cameras or shoots required
- ✔ Not dependent on a studio, production team, or external creative agency
- ✔ Not a purely strategic or planning role — execution and delivery are central
- ✔ Not suitable for candidates who have only theoretical knowledge of AI tools without practical use
